It depends on the shipping option chosen:
If using DHL Premium Worldwide Express Shipping (DDP): Yes — all duties and taxes are included. The total you pay at checkout is final, with no additional charges upon delivery.
If using Standard International Shipping (non-DDP): No — duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by local customs depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Note: Customs policies vary by country, and while we aim to make shipping as smooth as possible, we cannot control how local authorities assess fees for non-DDP shipments.While we do our best to help you avoid additional charges — for example, staying within common duty-free limits (e.g. ₱10,000 for the Philippines, AUD $1,000 for Australia, £135 for the UK) — customs policies vary by country, and any applicable fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

For international orders, we always try to consolidate your items into one package whenever possible to reduce shipping costs. However, depending on the size, weight, or sourcing location of certain products, your order may be shipped in multiple boxes.
If that happens, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
